Graduate Scholarships for Pakistani Students at Gakuin University Japan
Study Subject: Scholarships holders under this programme must enroll for the Master’s Degree programme.
Course Level: TheseScholarships are awarded for undertaking Master’s level studies at the Aoyama Gakuin University (AGU) in Tokyo, Japan.
Scholarship Provider: Japan-WCO established by Japan WCO Human Resource Development Programme (Scholarship Programme), is funded by Japan Customs.
Scholarship can be taken at: Japan
> After the program is completed, the candidates should continue to work in their home.
> Preference is given to candidates who have experience in IPR border enforcement, and are expecting to work in the IPR-related section of their Customs administration after this Scholarship Programme.
> A candidate health must ne good and preferably under 40 years of age as of April 1, 2015.
> A candidate must be a customs officer or a developing member of the WCO with good work experience of at least three years in the field.
Target audience: Pakistani and international students are also eligible for these scholarships.
Number of award: The maximum number of students for the award SMIPRP course is approximately 10.
Duration of award: This scholarship is for academic year which is starting from April. There will be a preparatory course in March 2014 for a few weeks.

Notification: After reviewing applications, the Admissions Committee will request an interview for the selected applicants.

Scholarship Deadline: Application deadline is 21st August, 2014 for getting an ID and password and that of last date for receipt of the Application Forms is 28th August 2014.
